Mr. Jerry Oo
PROJECT DIRECTOR
STRATEGIC VISION
As the Managing Director of Bina Asia Sdn Bhd, bringing 10 years of comprehensive experience in overseeing the development and management of large-scale property projects and with a proven track record in successful site management, Mr. Jerry Oo plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and completion of our developments.
Mr. Oo holds a Diploma in Management from UCSI University, Malaysia and has amassed a wealth of expertise through hands-on experience in various aspects of property development. His career journey encompasses Site Management within the real estate and property development industry, where they honed their skills in project management, construction oversight, and team leadership. Mr. Oo is also involved in construction of various high-rise residential and commercial properties developments by conglomerates like Sunway
Construction Sdn. Bhd. He has been instrumental in the successful execution of several high-profile projects, including Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Belfield Residence and Sunway International School where his leadership significantly contributed to the ’ success, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Mr. Andy Gan
DIRECTOR
FINANCIAL ARCHITECTURE
Mr. Andy Gan is a banking professional with over 20 years of experience in consumer finance, credit card sales, personal loans, and mortgage lending. He has demonstrated success in leading sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving outstanding sales performance across major financial institutions including Citibank, Standard Chartered, and UOB Bank. He was recognized for consistent top-tier achievements such as multiple Club 100 Awards (2001–2003) and the Country Business Manager
Award (2003) during tenure at Citibank, reflecting strong leadership and sales excellence then progressed to senior leadership roles, including Head of Telesales (VP) at UOB and Director at Great Commerce Sdn Bhd (an OCBC outsourced housing loan partner), where led high-performing teams and secured the Gold Award (2009) for outstanding personal sales.
In 2014, he joined Low Wong & Zahrita as a Marketing Manager (Mortgage Loan), overseeing end-to-end mortgage loan marketing, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships with major banks before he joined Bina Asia as a director. His extensive network with various financial institutions and substantial property knowledge has led the company to greater heights.
Mr. Chan Yeuw Lung
MANAGING DIRECTOR
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Mr. Chan is highly skilled and results-driven with more than a decade of experience in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. His expertise is in overseeing site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, managing budgets, and maintaining high safety and quality standards with proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while effectively leading multidisciplinary teams, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with various parties.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Heriot Watt University, he started off his career in Cost and Contract Management and also Project Management. Mr. Chan was attached to Vizione Group of Companies since 2011 before he joined Bina Asia Sdn Bhd as a Project Director. His core competencies include site management and supervision, contract negotiation and administration, safety and compliance management, vendor and contractor coordination as well as site progress reporting and communication.
During his employment in Vizione Group, he was involved in various developments, leading the entire site staff while monitoring site progress to ensure timely delivery of the projects. Some of the projects that were under his supervision during his reign in Vizione Group includes the development of 1,000 units of PPR at Kelantan, 600 units of PPR at Melaka, 400 units of PPR at Sabah and 214 units of condominium and 31 units of superlink houses at Shah Alam.
